4. Managing a caseload efficiently.

5. Identifying service users appropriate for Continuing Health Care.

6. Addressing safeguarding concerns and conducting risk assessments.

7. Assessing capacity and decision-making abilities of service users.

8. Ensuring cost-effective service provision.

9. Completing carers assessments and maintaining accurate records.

10. Maintaining confidentiality of service user information.

11. Developing effective working relationships with other services.

12. Promoting the Occupational Therapy service to other organizations.

13. Providing supervision and participating in professional development.

14. Recommending changes in the Occupational Therapy role and service.
