Position: Occupational Therapist - Team LeaderLocation: London, W1GRole: Permanent Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 per annumHours: Full TimeOur client is a private specialist clinic on prestigious Harley Street in the heart of London is recruiting for paediatric occupational therapists who specialise in sensory integration. The clinic celebrates its 20th year in 2025, and these new roles enable the growth plan to expand the clinic and operations with private partners, such as local councils, schools, medical collaborations and organisations helping their families with neurodivergent children.Qualified candidates should be Sensory Integration trained and qualified (Advanced Practitioner, Sensory Integration 1-3).Our client would consider a Senior Occupational Therapist who may not have direct line management experience but has worked as a senior OT and is ready to progress. For Team Lead candidates with extensive experience beyond requirements in the job description, they will pay a higher salary.Our client regularly reviews salaries across clinical settings in the UK and strives to remain competitive for top talent. They usually pay above UK NHS pay bands.

Pension Scheme: Our client operates along the UK government guidelines and utilises the pension scheme through NEST and contributes 3% of employees’ salary to the scheme on their behalf, while they are automatically enrolled to contribute 5% of their salary. There is an opting-out option if they prefer to not make contributions to the scheme.
