Occupational TherapistLondonFull-Time Contract£30 per hour Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage urgent manual handling cases/referrals daily.
- Conduct same-day visits for urgent cases.
- Follow up on OT assessments, reviewing and recommending necessary equipment.
- Participate in office rota twice a week, completing daily visits.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Perform strength-based OT assessments, reviews, and Mental Capacity assessments.
- Carry out carers' assessments and other tasks as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferable experience with social care databases, such as Liquid Logic.
- Driver's License: A car driver is preferred for this role.
- Previous experience working in Adult Social Services.
- Proficiency in handling both large and small equipment.
- BA in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registered.
