Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Adult team, with experience working within community settings, particularly with adult patients. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing a high standard of occupational therapy interventions tailored to the needs of adults in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat a caseload of adults
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care.
  • Develop personalised therapy plans to help patients achieve their maximum level of independence.
  • Provide support and education to patients and their families.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Previous community experience working with adults
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
