Sonic Summary

The position is for a full-time Occupational Therapist working for a local authority in North London.
Candidates must be qualified OTs with extensive experience in social care and Care Act compliant assessments for adults aged 18 and over with disabilities.
The role requires the ability to prescribe both simple and complex equipment, conduct risk assessments, and perform manual handling assessments.
An in-depth understanding of major adaptation criteria is necessary to recommend adaptations and refer for Disabled Facilities Grants as needed.
The pay rate for this position is £36.42 per hour on an umbrella basis.

Occupational Therapist- working for a local authority in North London

1 x Full time position for a qualified OT with extensive Social care experience.

You should have experience of Care Act compliant comprehensive OT assessment for adults aged 18 + with disabilities.

Ideally you will be able to prescribe simple/ complex equipment including risk assessments and Manual Handling assessments.

In depth understanding of major adaptation criteria and be able to recommend major adaptations including referring for a Disabled Facilities Grant as necessary.

Excellent pay rate £36.42 Umbrella
