Job Description:

Experienced Adult Social Care OT required with minimum of 2 years’ experience - Community OT post, with experience in assisting and moving, DH care reviews, major and minor adaptations.

Community based with provision of equipment to support home working ( laptop and work phone provided - parking permits or oyster cards provided for travel within the borough.

Flexible working offered.

Must be a qualified OT, HCPC registered with CRB.
