This is a leadership position, offering the chance to manage a small but dedicated team within an extensive therapy services department.As the Senior Occupational Therapist, you will lead and deliver therapeutic assessments, group activities, and one-to-one sessions across three departments, providing care for patients accessing acute services, general psychiatry, addiction programs, and an expanding OCD service.This role primarily focuses on supporting the acute ward, while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance inpatient therapy programs.
