Job Overview:CLCH NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Harrow Therapy Services team. This role focuses on providing essential support to patients in Harrow, helping them achieve their rehabilitation and daily living goals through specialized occupational therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to improve patient function and independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document and evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
- Provide guidance to junior staff and participate in service development initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and current HCPC registration.
- Experience in community or hospital-based occupational therapy.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to independently manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing patient needs.
