The North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT) is hiring a Band 6 Occupational Therapist for Community Services with a pay rate of £20 - £24 per hour.

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapist for a community-based role at NELFT. The successful candidate will work across various community settings, providing patient-centered care and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy interventions for patients in the community.
Work with multi-disciplinary teams to support the rehabilitation and recovery of patients.
Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet individual needs.
Provide advice and education to patients, families, and carers.
Manage a caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions.

Key Requirements:

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Proven experience in community-based occupational therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in managing complex caseloads is desirable.
