Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to be part of a multi-disciplinary team (Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists) which provides a health and social care service to the local community.
Duties:
- Assisting the team with care coordinating a caseload of people with varied complexity of needs
- The post-holder plays a lead role in coordinating the care and support for users (and their carers/ families) pulling in the expertise of other professionals as required
- The post-holder may be required to work flexibly over a 7 day working week to fit in with the needs of the Service
This position is suitable for Occupational Therapists awaiting HCPC, or those wanting to gain further experience. Or for candidates with relevant Therapy Assistant/community experience.
