Tripod Partners are currently looking for an experienced social care OT to lead a busy occupational therapy team for a North London local authority. Responsibilities include providing assessments, equipment, and adaptations to enhance independence at home and in the community. The role involves developing therapy and sensory support plans, evaluating the necessity of equipment and technology for individuals with disabilities, and fostering independence for children, youth, and adults. Building strong relationships with partners, service users, and Council departments is crucial to drive the Enabling Independence agenda forward.
