Requirements to be shortlisted:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC Registration
- Experience of working in a statutory health or social care setting, undertaking complex OT assessments and interventions, such as moving and handling risk assessments
- Moving and handling risk assessments experience
NonStop's client is local authority based in South West London, who are seeking SeniorOccupational Therapist to join their Adults Social Services.
You will be joining the adults social services that are committed to supporting people to maintain their independence and autonomy, by taking a person centred, flexible approach to the care and support tey provide to promote well-being.
In this role you will provide operational and motivational leadership of staff as well as supervision and case management, guidance, support and expert advice to Occupational Therapy and social care staff. As well as holding a small caseload of complex cases.
