As the Box Office Assistant, you will work Friday - Tuesday in a busy customer service role where you'll answer queries, help with capacity and liaise with finance. This is a hybrid role with 2 days from the office, you will start immediately as a temp with great potential to be made permanent.

Description

As the Box Office Assistant, you will be:

  • Answering customer queries regarding seating
  • Answer queries around start times, locations and performances
  • Deal with payment issues
  • Provide first class customer service in a friendly and articulate manner
  • Answer customer emails using empathy and excellent grammar
  • Liaise with finance over invoice issues
  • Respond to requests around dietary requirements
  • Handle changes to timetables
  • Help coordinate capacity

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to work Friday - Tuesday
  • Customer service / Reception or Box Office experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to start on short notice

Job Offer

You will be rewarded with an hourly rate equivalent to 26k-28k and the potent-ail to be made permanent.
