Care Administration Coordinator

A well-established professional care company is looking for an experienced, positive, hardworking, and highly organised Coordinator to join as soon as possible.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Promote a caring environment, ensuring each client receives care tailored to their individual needs.
  • Respond to emails promptly and maintain an organised filing system.
  • Investigate complaints, take action, and report to the senior coordinator.
  • Ensure clients have correct documentation and care plans in place.
  • Oversee carer placements and ensure contracts are completed and returned.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Operations Coordinator and provide updates.
  • Check daily reports and complete necessary forms for any incidents.
  • Conduct regular spot checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with carers and clients regularly, logging all interactions.
  • Manage client file updates and ensure carers are informed of any changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience within the care industry.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using office software and email management.
  • Must be a driver.
