Field Service Engineer – Photocopiers & Printers

Permanent

Covering London areas

Salary: up to £34,000 + Company Vehicle (work use only) 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Main Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer     

  • Repair, install and maintain office equipment in a cost effective and efficient manner on
  • Monitor and maintain parts and issues such as stock, IT equipment, vehicles and protective equipment.
  • To represent the company in a professional manner to ensure the protection and safety of yourself and others
  • Take ownership of tasks allocated to yourself in a quick and considerate manner
  • Manage your time effectively whilst performing your daily duties
  • Ensure paperwork be it electronic or manual is kept updated and complete within the standards and timescales outlined by management
  • To report issues and situations which may affect the Companies daily operations and procedures, such as absence or accidents so they can be recorded and monitored effectively and promptly with the specified timescales to the appropriate manager
  • To attend and be prepared for Company meetings
  • To maintain and improve business relationships with customers
  • To maintain and uphold the highest standard of service levels

Experience and Skills required

  • Repair, install and maintain office equipment to a high level of workmanship and competency
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with printing & Photocopier products including Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Sharp and Epson (Some or all)
  • Have a good understanding and interest in IT
  • Follow service department and health and safety procedures and share new and existing best practices with colleagues
  • Full UK driving license
