Our client is a leading specialist in construction. They are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and trustworthy individual to join their team as an Admin / Office Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where hard work is recognised and career ambitions are supported. You will be providing high-quality administration support to a busy team while managing the office operations.

Requirements:

  • Provide professional and confidential support on a day-to-day basis to the team
  • Manage scheduling using Microsoft Outlook; ensure relevant paperwork is provided ahead of meetings
  • Act as the first line of contact for the director in all instances
  • Manage all correspondence to and from the director, preparing non-standard replies for approval & signature
  • Support the director to prepare a monthly Company report detailing operating activity and financials
  • Ensure all current projects are fully updated and processed on our systems
  • Ensure Company HR systems are kept up to date; manage staff training records and organise courses
  • Ensure that all Company accreditations are kept up to date; work closely with directors and managers to ensure Quality Management is maintained to a high standard
