Duties:

Office Management:
- Manage order placements and restocking of kitchen supplies, stationery, consumables, and equipment.
- Oversee office operations, including coordination with security for guest access.
- Organise lunches for board meetings and arrange celebrations for staff birthdays and festive periods.
- Support office relocation efforts, including managing deliveries and equipment setup.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, ensuring a warm welcome for guests and staff.

Administration:
- Assist in planning and organising office and company-wide events.
- Provide executive support to the Head of People and the CEO, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.

HR Support:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including emailing candidates for availability and managing calendars for internal stakeholders.
- Schedule interviews and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Proven experience in administration or office management.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work in the office from Monday to Thursday.
