Our client, an innovative music rights business, is seeking a proactive Administrative Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Providing executive support to the senior leadership team; managing schedules, invoices, expenses, travel, and preparing meeting materials and PowerPoint presentations. • Handling daily operations of the office, as well as fielding health and safety regulations. • Managing office supplies, and coordinating maintenance, building manager, and cleaning services. • Managing budgets and vendor relationships. • Liaising with ESG agencies, Recruitment/HR and external IT. • Managing staff onboarding/offboarding, and training. • Supporting all departments with staff and recruitment needs.• Managing internal communications as well as liaising with PR agency and digital media partners. • Organising off-sites and events. • Supporting the planning and execution of projects. • Implementing process to improve business efficiency.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a similar role. • Experience with office moves advantageous. • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to apply organisational and problem-solving skills. • Diplomatic and able to handle confidential information. • Able to anticipate needs and take the initiative. • A strong multi tasker with proven ability to work independently. • Confident working in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable learning new technology and advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite and Airtable essential. • Interest in music is desirable.
