Our well-established client in Southwest London is looking for a part time, hybrid Office Administrator to support the Office Manager and EA in their busy offices in Wimbledon. You will be required to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home, 4 hours a day, anytime between 9.30 and 2pm. The role will be varied and include - but not limited to general administration - filing, expenses, stationery, monitoring emails, help prepare onboarding documents, booking meeting rooms, generating presentations and spreadsheets ensuring the office is 'ship shape’ and running efficiently. It will therefore be critical that the successful candidate has excellent MS Office skills, great attention to detail and must be able to be 'one step ahead at all times’. You will have a calm, pleasant and unflappable manner and help support the rest of the team when required.
