Our client, a well-known Regulatory Body requires a Scheduling Administrator to join their company.

If you have experience in delivering projects and meeting operational targets and objectives within well-defined policies and frameworks, that would be a distinct advantage.

The main duties are:

  • Maintaining schedules to take account of required changes
  • Making the necessary adjustments and amendments in conjunction with senior staff
  • Working closely with inspectors and the regional support team to schedule inspections and programme inspectors as efficiently as possible
  • Taking responsibility for individual inspector work programmes so that they meet corporate requirements and business rules, regional requirements, and individual inspector needs.
  • Scheduling all non-inspection activity as required.
  • Effectively monitoring and actioning day-to-day adjustment and amendments to the work programme as required.
  • Reporting regularly to the regional business manager and senior HMI on the efficient deployment of inspectors to agreed business rules and objectives.
  • Supporting Regional Business Manager as required in the management of inspector data, the provision, analysis, and presentation of regional management information, and liaising with the inspection planning team.
  • Demonstrating a positive commitment to equalities and diversity.

You will have experience of administrative processes to set targets and objectives. You will also demonstrate the ability to prioritise, plan and deliver on key work activities unsupervised and be efficient at multi-tasking. An understanding and successful application of strong IT skills, including use of the Microsoft Office suite is essential, as is a proven ability to develop strong and effective working relationships.
