About The Role:Days of Working: Monday to FridayShift Pattern: 09:00am to 18:00pm As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will organise meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain office supplies, contributing to an efficient and productive work environment.As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Event and hospitality coordination (ordering catering, booking staff, securing security, etc.) Experience with ticketing systems
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication within the office
  • Maintain a well-organised and tidy office environment
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in G-Suite
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to meeting or exceeding customer needs
  • Excellent written, verbal and organisational communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively with strong prioritisation skills
