Business Administrator - International Investment Firm - Central London / Hybrid - £40k + benefits

We’re on the hunt for a business savvy, highly organised and personable Business Administrator, with experience in similar office administration roles, to join a fabulous, transatlantic organisation in their London office.

Working closely with the Office Manager, the Business Administrator will provide extensive support to the organisation, scheduling meetings and events, coordinating international business travel, producing documentation and coordinating the office.

What’s on offer?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation in stunning, recently refurbished offices in the heart of London. Our client is offering a competitive salary up to £40k with 25 days annual leave.

This is predominantly an office based role (4 days), with the ability to work from home on Fridays.

Standard hours are 9am - 5.30pm.

Key responsibilities as the Business Administrator will include:

  • All meeting coordination for the London team
  • Assisting in planning and coordinating events
  • Booking business travel including flights, accommodation and transportation
  • Maintaining all office correspondence
  • Scheduling and coordinating Board meetings, including arranging agendas
  • Solving general IT problems or liaising with the IT department when needed
  • Maintaining filing systems (digital and hard copy) and updating databases
  • Undertaking front of house duties (answering calls, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, managing meeting rooms etc)
  • Assisting in project management
