Do you have exceptional organisation skills? If so, Signature Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for you to join our client, at a leading London net-zero specialists. This is a permanent, full-time position offering £35,000 - £48,000. It is offered on a hybrid basis with 3 to 4 days in the office and the balance from home.

As the Business Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior management and the wider team and ensuring all administrative and operational processes for the business run smoothly.

Business Support Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • HR: Assist with onboarding, personal record maintenance and employee engagement
  • EA / Admin support: Including diary management and meeting coordination for senior staff
  • Office operations: Including maintenance of office supplies, new start set up, maintaining health & safety compliance such as pat testing etc.
  • Supplier management: liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth running of the office
  • Event management: Coordinate and organise company events and meetings, booking accommodations, staff events etc.
  • Budgets and expenses: tracking expenses and processing invoices using Xero
  • Marketing: updating company website and LinkedIn

Business Support Manager Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a business support/office manager / EA or in a similar administrative role demonstrating excellent attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and positive team member with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, able to work independently
  • Able to work to multiple deadlines, prioritising tasks, with a can do attitude and initiative with problem solving
