Your new role
As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the home. Your responsibilities will include leading the team in delivering high-quality care, formulating personalised care plans, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will play a vital role in promoting the social and emotional well-being of our young people while fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.

What you'll need to succeed

• A strong background in health and social care, with experience in a managerial role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to foster relationships with staff, young people, and external professionals.
• Knowledge of statutory regulations and quality standards related to children's homes.
• A compassionate approach with the ability to assess individual needs and develop tailored care plans.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young adults.
