  • Provide expert advice on UK listing requirements, statutory compliance and governance matters, including IPO support
  • Develop service offerings, manage client relationships and mentor junior staff

Key Skills:

  • Extensive company secretarial and corporate governance experience
  • Expertise in listed company compliance and transactional work
  • Strong communication, business development and leadership skills
