A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an EA/Office Manager to join a boutique investment firm in the real estate sector on a hybrid, full-time basis.

The firm, based in the city is looking for an energetic and 'roll your sleeves' up individual to support their Chairman, Founder and Directors.

The role is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

An interest or experience in property would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management and travel for Directors.
  • Provide admin assistance for all shareholders when required.
  • Minute taking
  • General office support, dealing with stationery, meeting rooms, office supplies
  • Assist the property team with ad-hoc tasks including, filing and uploading tenant information to landlord vision.
  • Assisting with recruitment process and supporting new starters
  • Ad-hoc investment tasks, supporting fund administrator when needed
  • First point of contact for all agents and tenants
  • Filing
  • Managing property maintenance and quotes
