Office Manager / Executive Assistant
A distinguished private equity firm, specialising in the UK real estate sector, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support daily operations. This company has a proven track record, having deploying millions in equity during 2023 and managing large assets.
The role involves managing office administration, assisting with property-related tasks, and providing executive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management:- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organisation.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, tenants, and service providers.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
- Maintain and organise digital and physical office records.
- Maintain and update property, tenant, and key contact databases.
- Assist in coordinating property purchases, working with legal, finance, and banking professionals.
- Support development projects by liaising with contractors and industry professionals.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by designing brochures and presentations for investors.
- Assist in managing ongoing projects, including acquisitions, financing, and development.
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including diary management.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Arrange travel and scheduling for senior staff.
- Support financial administration, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in office administration, property management, or real estate is beneficial but not essential.
