Job Title: EA / Office ManagerLocation: London W1 (onsite, 5 days in office)Salary: £60,000 - £80,000We are looking for a highly organised and efficient EA / Office Manager to support the Director and small team of a Global Family Office boutique based in London, W1. The role is a combination of business EA duties, personal support, and office management. The position is onsite, 5 days a week, with some flexibility to work from home whilst the Director travels. Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary & meeting management for the Director, across multiple time zones
  • Complex international travel coordination for the Director, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics
  • Personal duties for the Director 
  • Providing EA support for wider team e.g. travel bookings, itineraries and logistics, expenses
  • General office management e.g. administration, systems, supplies 
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong diary management & travel coordination skills, especially across multiple time zones
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
