Our client is looking for an Estate Administrator to assist the Building Manager in the City of London.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30 or 09:00 to 17:30

Annual Leave: 28 days holidays (incl. bank hols)

Duties:

  • Implement and improve upon new and existing policies and procedures.
  • Organize and keep a track of documents and records.
  • Maintain workplace cleanliness and company culture.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties.
  • Handle regular administrative dutiesin inline with H&S, BSA, Compliance, Contracts, Fire Safety.
  • Update and inform the Senior Manager on relevant information, in a timely manner.
  • Assist in communication and coordination between departments and external parties.
  • Maintain organised rota's, ensuring holidays/absences are recorded/processed.
  • Attend all mandatory training provided by the organisation.
  • To carry out ad hoc duties as requested by the Senior Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Effective communication and written skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Effective mathematical abilities and knowledge of financial concepts.
  • Critical and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
