Our client is looking for an Estate Administrator to assist the Building Manager in the City of London.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30 or 09:00 to 17:30
Annual Leave: 28 days holidays (incl. bank hols)
Duties:
- Implement and improve upon new and existing policies and procedures.
- Organize and keep a track of documents and records.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and company culture.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties.
- Handle regular administrative dutiesin inline with H&S, BSA, Compliance, Contracts, Fire Safety.
- Update and inform the Senior Manager on relevant information, in a timely manner.
- Assist in communication and coordination between departments and external parties.
- Maintain organised rota's, ensuring holidays/absences are recorded/processed.
- Attend all mandatory training provided by the organisation.
- To carry out ad hoc duties as requested by the Senior Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication and written skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Effective mathematical abilities and knowledge of financial concepts.
- Critical and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
