You would oversee the office operations as well as provide EA support to the SLT. The successful candidate needs to be experienced and professional. The role will function within a fast-paced team environment so interpersonal skills are essential.What you’ll do:An effective Personal Assistant and Office Manager will be happy to be the go-to person for the office. Typical duties will include:
  • Manage Front of House duties
  • Organise refreshments and meeting rooms
  • Liaise with building management
  • Manage office inventory
  • Perform duties of an office Health and Safety representative
  • Diary management for complex schedules
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Coordinating expenses for Senior Team
What you’ll need:The Personal Assistant and Office Manager will be able to adapt to last minute changes and be highly organised. Other attributes include:
  • 3+ years experience in similar Personal Assistant or Office Manager role
  • Experience from a professional or financial services
  • Be solution oriented with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to priortise and multi-task
  • 3 A-levels or equivalent experience
