**Administrative:**

- Manage and maintain the office's administrative tasks, including organizing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and ensuring office supplies are stocked.- Greet all office visitors and confirm they are checked in and accompanied to their appointments with team members.- Ensure that all departments have the supplies they need, including office supplies, stationery, and equipment.- Assist in the onboarding of new employees by setting up workstations, providing necessary equipment and software, and ensuring all IT systems are in place.- Help keep the office clean, organized, and presentable, including managing the kitchen and common areas.- Assist with the planning and execution of virtual events and meetings, including webinars, conference calls, and video conferencing.- Assist the CIO with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network infrastructure.- Ensure that all IT equipment is updated and maintained, including computers, printers, scanners, and servers.- Provide support to the team in the use of computer hardware and software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and others.- Assist in the coordination and tracking of shipments, ensuring that orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.- Manage the organization and counting of stock items, including receiving, unpacking, and recording shipments in the stockroom inventory system.- Ensure that the stockroom is well-organized and clean, and that all products are stored appropriately.- Assist in the maintenance of inventory records and reports, identifying discrepancies and taking appropriate corrective action.- Confirm all office appliances are maintained and serviced as needed and liaise with building management to ensure smooth operation of the office.- Oversee that all health and fire safety procedures are followed and ensure assembly points are communicated to all team members.

**Events:**- Act as additional support and resource to the Retail Marketing & Sales department by assisting with event organization, setup, and coverage across different retailers.- Organize and execute team gathering activities and events, including creating event materials in advance for management approval.
