Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a centrally located property in the Mayfair area of London and require an immediate Front Office Duty Manager to join their team

What's involved?

  • As Front Office Duty Manager you will be supporting our client on a temporary basis.
  • Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the front office team
  • Supervise the desk as well as provide support and guidance in other areas of the hotel as and when required
  • Help reception with daily check-in and check out duties including admin
  • Duty Manager the desk in the absence of the Assistant Front Office Manager
  • Dealing with health & safety issues, including being fully conversant with fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures
  • Checking room allocations, upgrades, special requests, meeting & greeting VIP's, corporate and regular guests
  • Liaising with all departments on a day to day basis

Previous experience within a 5 Star hotel or serviced apartments is desired and with a supervisory or management background and must be Opera PMS proficient. Please note this is an immediate role, so only applicants with no notice or prior commitments will be considered and have more than 12 months London experience.
