Head Concierge / Assistant Residents Manager - £40,000 plus excellent benefits to include and annual bonus An amazing opportunity to join a high-end Residential organisation for a successful business has landed! You will be joining a senior leadership team driven to deliver an impeccable guest experience to the residents. The role offers the opportunity for someone to add value to the service offered to the residents as well as the opportunity to engage with the local community to deliver a program of innovative pop-up events on an annual basis. You will be sharing the role with one another leader splitting your time with a shift pattern of four-on-four off. The role will involve the following:* The day-to-day management for the day concierge team - leading from the front * Ensuring that the service levels that are in place are exceeded and that the residents, visitors and external partners are taken care of * Implementing ongoing training plans to include upskilling the team * Performance management of your team ensuring that reviews, appraisals and training plans are in place and followed * Forging strong relationships with the residents to include attending monthly resident's meetings * Interacting closely with the residents through internal social platforms with upcoming events / general concierge information * Preparation and planning of pop-up events throughout the year which will include creating partnerships with local businesses * Ensuring that all compliance checks, health and safety and fire safety checks are carried out and documented accordingly * Responding to any urgent matters regarding the building in a timely fashion ensuring the appropriate actions take place and communication happens Ideally you will have the following background and attributes * Previous residential Head Concierge experience from a Prime residential location / Private Members Club / Quality Hotel * Line management experience to include the implementation of performance plans, team motivation * A desire to work within a Five Star environment with best-in-class service standards* Ideally exposure to the delivery of a program of events and pop ups * Ability to communicate with stakeholders to include residents, external partners * You will enjoy delivering exceptional service and this will come naturally to you * Immaculate presentation * Excellent IT skills If this is of interest then please reach out with a copy of your cv for an immediate interview.
