Our client, a global commercial real estate services firm (NYSE listed), is looking for their next Head of Company Secretariat to lead their Company Secretarial department and support their EMEA functions.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in the London office.

Reporting to the General Counsel (based in the US), the Head of Company Secretariat will lead on all aspects of corporate secretarial work for UK and EMEA, while managing, and ensuring the professional growth of, the EMEA CoSec team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO and other senior stakeholders
  • Entity management (approx 200 in Europe)
  • Committee and Board support
  • Some transactional and project based work (liaising with tax, finance and other functions)
  • Mentoring, coaching and developing staff

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large number of international entities and be confident leading a team & engaging with senior stakeholders. You will be professional and mature, with a can do attitude.
