Silver and Bow are seeking a top House Manager for a fully staffed private household. Requires a true professional who can manage the daily operations of their Mayfair residence and accompany them on specific travel assignments.

Responsibilities:

General Management: Oversee daily household operations, supervise staff (housekeepers, chefs, gardeners), manage schedules, and hire and train new staff.

Service: General butler duties.

Maintenance and Upkeep: Conduct regular inspections, arrange repairs, manage inventory, and oversee landscaping and garden maintenance.

Financial Management: Manage household budgets, pay bills, handle petty cash, maintain financial records, and provide reports.

Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, liaise with vendors, oversee guest accommodations, and ensure guest needs are met.

Personal Assistance: Assist with personal errands, coordinate travel arrangements, manage schedules and calendars.

Communication: Serve as the primary contact between staff and homeowners, communicate with vendors, handle correspondence, and manage administrative tasks.

Special Tasks: Manage special projects, support household technology, and coordinate with IT professionals.

Requirements:

Must be available to travel (one month in Monaco in July, occasional trips to St. Barts in winter).

Experience in high-end private households is essential.

Ability to work a flexible schedule
