HR Operations & Office Manager - Central London/Hybrid - Up to £55,000

2X per week from home, 3X per week in the office.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned, confident, and detail-oriented HR/Office Manager to join a leading B2B Tech organisation based in the heart of London. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Must have worked in a HR Operations Manager previously.
Will be able to interpret data based on holidays taken throughout the year using HRIS.
Will be a confident communicator who is confident liaising with and supporting stakeholders
Be comfortable planning & running company events and know H+S surrounding this.
Will be able to automate weekly grocery and stationary orders when required.
Will be well versed in the full employee lifecycle.
Will have experience leading projects from start to finish.
