An exciting opportunity has become available with an international single-family office who are looking for an experienced Family Office Manager to join their team in London.

Working closely with the Principal as well as the wider team, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing operations, ensuring a high standard of living, security, and comfort for the Principal and their family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing property management strategies across multiple international locations.
  • Managing a sizeable, international team to establish efficient processes and to ensure impeccable team performance and the highest level of service.
  • Introducing innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and convenience of property use.
  • Developing and managing budgets and optimizing costs.
  • Developing and coordinating exclusive travels and planning unique routes and events.
  • Creating a network of premium contacts and partnerships. Interacting with the world's best services and suppliers to ensure access to exclusive services.
  • Organizing and managing large events and functions.
  • Ensuring an unprecedented level of comfort and security.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in an international setting.
  • Experience managing large teams.
  • Fluent English and Russian is required.
  • Willingness to travel.
