Our client, a leading organisation in the accounting sector, is seeking a Junior Administrator/Office Manager to provide essential support and contribute to the smooth running of their office. Position Details:

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Annual Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
  • Working Pattern: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:As a Junior Administrator/Office Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Your tasks will include:

  • Payments:

- Entering 30-70 payments daily into various banks.

- Forwarding proof of payment to the Business Management teams for approval.- Dedicating two days per week to handle all payment-related activities.

    • Reception and Administration:

- Welcoming clients with a warm smile and offering refreshments.- Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.- Setting up virtual meetings via Zoom/Teams, including sending invites and preparing the meeting space.- Keeping the office tidy by managing kitchen supplies, meeting rooms, and stock levels.- Collecting, sorting, and distributing post while maintaining digital and physical archives.- Booking couriers and managing client deliveries.

      • Financial Administration:

- Creating invoices in Xero for postage, monthly retainers, and other disbursements.- Assisting with client onboarding processes and staff management tasks.- Coordinating holiday and sick day records using Excel and managing the shared staff calendar on Outlook.

        • Team Support:

- Collaborating with our other offices to streamline communication.- Managing staff equipment and assisting with IT requests for smooth operations.- Organising social events, including the annual Christmas party, to foster a fun workplace culture.

          • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
          • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
