A fast-growing media and information company has an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Office Administrator to join their established team in London.

They are an iconic global brand, recognised as setting the agenda in the pharmaceuticals and life sciences industry. They provide numerous journals like International Pharmaceutical Industry, Journal for Clinical Studies, etc. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Database management / Circulation 
  • Calling companies to gather names and emails 
  • Stats Management - collecting and compiling data from website and e-marketing activities
  • General Office Duties - filing, organising, scheduling meetings, and related tasks
  • After-sales service - follow-up calls to clients, analysing their needs and expectations
  • Researching relevant clients, authors and events 

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Be able to deal with a high-volume workload
  • The ability to prioritise work efficiently
  • The ability to work in a team or by yourself
  • Good level of competence in IT 
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Flexible attitude to deal with changing day to day requirements
