- Managing the office maintenance and facilities
- Making sure the office is fully and correctly stocked at all times
- Assiting with onboarding and offboarding and working with HR on employee relations
- Coordinating office events
- Overseeing budgets and invoicing
- Ensuring Health and Safety requirements are up to date
- Assist with managing schedules, including diary and meeting management and travel when needed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Office Management role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to use own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
