- Organize compliance checks (e.g., Gas Safety, EPC, EICR, Right to Rent)
- Coordinate pre-tenancy works, including inventory and cleaning
- Advise landlords on compliance and legal requirements
- Respond to queries from non-managed landlords
- Process and track tenant deposits, ensure compliance certificates are updated
- Maintain accurate records for all tenancy and property-related documentation
- Monitor invoices, chase unpaid ones, and ensure correct entry in systems
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as move-in packs, key sheets, and filing
- Provide support during busy periods and when the office coordinator is absent
- Greet visitors, manage front desk, and ensure the office is secure
- Handle deliveries, incoming mail, and ensure proper key management
- Record and track keys, manage sign-out systems, and ensure keys are returned
- Distribute general inquiries and support property listings across various portals
- Assist in creating property listings, marketing materials, and social media coordination
- Compile reports for management as needed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
- Previous property experience preferred but not essential
- Professional appearance and behavior during office hours
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
