Tenancy and Office Management SupportTenancy Management:
  • Organize compliance checks (e.g., Gas Safety, EPC, EICR, Right to Rent)
  • Coordinate pre-tenancy works, including inventory and cleaning
  • Advise landlords on compliance and legal requirements
  • Respond to queries from non-managed landlords
  • Process and track tenant deposits, ensure compliance certificates are updated
  • Maintain accurate records for all tenancy and property-related documentation
  • Monitor invoices, chase unpaid ones, and ensure correct entry in systems
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as move-in packs, key sheets, and filing
Office Coordination:
  • Provide support during busy periods and when the office coordinator is absent
  • Greet visitors, manage front desk, and ensure the office is secure
  • Handle deliveries, incoming mail, and ensure proper key management
  • Record and track keys, manage sign-out systems, and ensure keys are returned
  • Distribute general inquiries and support property listings across various portals
  • Assist in creating property listings, marketing materials, and social media coordination
  • Compile reports for management as needed
General Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
  • Previous property experience preferred but not essential
  • Professional appearance and behavior during office hours
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
