The Skills You'll Need: Fluent Mandarin and English. Office Admin / Business Support / PA experience in the UK, preferably in large corporations

Job status: 1 year FTC, possibly to extend or go permanent, depending on performance

Office Administrator - What You'll be Doing:

  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
  • PA for senior Management and housing letting management.
  • Assisting with delegation and HQ integrative related work.
  • Organizing company events together with team.
  • Collecting and coordinating relevant reports for management.
  • Travel management, including coordinating the travel approval process, booking flights, hotels, cars and drivers when needed;
  • Maintaining office systems, booking rooms and conference facilities;
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Ad hoc tasks from the management and department

Office Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English;
  • Relevant experience in company communication, office admin, business support and/or PA in the UK, preferably in large corporations;
  • Bachelor degree in Management/ Business Studies or equivalent is preferred;
  • Methodical and organized;
  • Good time management skills;
  • A good team player.
