Our client are one of, if not the best provider of flexible offices in the UK. Their buildings are beautiful, very cleverly designed, and are always at the forefront of innovation in the workplace. They are also known for having great company culture and progression opportunities for their staff.
They are now hiring for a Member Experience Manager to provide a high end style of service to their members, deal with any queries, help to plan events, manage the on-site team, and manage the building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate monthly community events and promote member engagement
- Management and supervision of staff
- Develop connections between members
- Create digital monthly newsletters and communications
- Work with building management to solve issues
- Gather feedback on the building and participate in delivering solutions
- Manage member behaviour and collate reports to share with management
- Schedule and host new member introductions
Desired Experience:
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, front of house roles, events, PR, client management
- Able to adapt to the demands of a fast paced working environment
- Confident in Microsoft Office and Excel
