The client:
My client are a professional, established financial services firm seeking an Operations Manager for a temporary assignment in their beautiful West End offices. This role is perfect for someone who has office management experience for a small to mid size business implementing processes and dealing with external vendors.
This business has a massive drive on sustainability so someone with an interest in this would be amazing!
The role:
- Be the first point of contact for facilities and office management queries and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Liasing with external vendors for the business and streamlining them.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers
- Coordinating employee onboarding & offboarding from an operations perspective
The person:
- Proven office management experience within a small to midsize business
- Experience negotiating terms with external vendors
- Financial services experience
- Ability to start asap and commit to the assignment
