An exciting opportunity has arisen with a Japanese manufacturer for an Office & Logistics Manager in the West of London.The candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, administration, accounting consistency, supplier payments, payrolls, and assist the Managing Director for EMEA and LATAM operations.

Business travel may happen on a specific need basis.Fluency in either Spanish, or Italian, is required-------------------------------------------Eligible applicants:- (O) Eligible visa: Permanent residence, Spouse, Partner visa- (X) NOT eligible: YMS, Graduate, Student visa, Requiring visa sponsorshipWork type: Hybrid working available Visa support: No -------------------------------------------TYPE: Permanent, full-time (part time can be evaluated)WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Thursday, 9:00-17:00 FridaySALARY: £30k - £40k, depending on experienceSTART: ASAPLOCATION: Central London Office & Logistics Manager Main Responsibilities:• Handling logistics related to the trading activities of the company, buying and reselling equipment from the Japanese HQ, for EMEA and LATAM countries• Working together with another Logistic and Office Manager, splitting the job load related to the logistics of the company• Administrative management (office related tasks), including managing payments to suppliers and payrolls• Verifying the consistency of the company internal information and the information coming from the HQ in Japan• Verifying the consistency of the accounting information provided by our external accountants• Correcting / readdressing non-conformities related to the administrative management of the company• Direct support and assistance to the Managing Director for administrative tasks

Office & Logistics Manager Ideal Candidate:• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Excellent time management skills• Good PC skills• Business level of fluency in English as well as Italian or Spanish
