Join our dynamic team as an Office Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting both Office and HR operations. This position is ideal for a proactive, reliable individual with strong organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Office Management:

    • Manage order placements and restocking of kitchen supplies, stationery, consumables, and equipment.
    • Oversee office operations, including coordination with security for guest access.
    • Organise lunches for board meetings and arrange celebrations for staff birthdays and festive periods.
    • Assist in hosting office events such as drinks and food gatherings.
    • Handle monthly deductions for tuck shop and transportation services.
    • Support office relocation efforts, including managing deliveries and equipment setup.
    • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, ensuring a warm welcome for guests and staff.
  • Administration:

    • Assist in planning and organising office and company-wide events.
    • Provide executive support to the Head of People and the CEO, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • HR Support:

    • Coordinate recruitment processes, including emailing candidates for availability and managing calendars for internal stakeholders.
    • Schedule interviews and assist with onboarding documentation.
    • Coordinate health and safety checks and ensure compliance with insurance and legislative requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administration or office management.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Bright, proactive, confident, and eager to learn.
  • Must be available to work in the office from Monday to Thursday.
