- This is a full-time permanent role based fully in the office Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
- Reception work - answering the telephone and meeting and greeting visitors
- Handling customer enquiries in person and via telephone and email
- Typing letters and short documents
- General office support for the team
- Basic accounting duties including checking bank statements and calculating VAT
- Enthusiastic, committed and possesses initiative
- Ability to learn and pick up new skills quickly
- A good aptitude for numbers
- Good IT skills including MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
