Job Title: Office Admin & Reception Support

Location: Pimlico

Pay: £14ph

Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Contract Length: 2 weeks, starting ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Front Of House Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanour.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Ensure a tidy, presentable reception area.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Office Administration Duties:

  • Prepare outgoing mail and manage courier services.
  • Maintain records of correspondence and perform filing tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist the team with various administrative and ad hoc tasks where needed.

Experience / skill sets we're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a professional office environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Confidence with MS Office packages, including Outlook and Word.
  • Experience in accountancy or financial firms is a plus.
