Their diverse collections encompass a wealth of themes, locations, and eras across the 20th and 21st centuries making them a leading resource for filmmakers and creative agencies.

They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Office Administrator to join their team at Kinolibrary. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting various administrative and support tasks to ensure their office runs smoothly. The role encompasses a wide range of administrative and office tasks, but with a focus on sales, invoices and operational reporting.

This role is based in the office 5 days a week in Hoxton.

Duties

  • Producing accurate reports sent to external stakeholders.
  • Handling invoices for the sales department, and entering information into our accounting software.
  • Assist with correspondence and communication across teams and with external partners.
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Prioritise and multitask effectively to meet deadlines and respond to varying demands
  • Provide support in administrative functions as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Foster a positive office atmosphere through excellent interpersonal skills and communication.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years combined experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Professional experience in using accounting software, preferably Xero. This should also include a solid understanding and experience in generating, checking and sending invoices.
  • Strong and demonstrable organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced numeracy skills and a good amount of experience generating and QAing reports.
