About the Role:

House Recruiting is seeking a confident, articulate Administrator to work for a multi-branch, high-end Estate Agent in North London.

You'll play an essential role in ensuring the company continues to run smoothly, efficiently, and you'll be working very closely with the CEO, COO and CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

Central Administration

  • Maintenance agreements (photocopiers, air conditioning, printers, franking machines, etc)
  • General agreements (cleaning, hygiene, recycling, waste and refuse collection, utilities, branded goods and general stationery, postage, couriers, archive and storage, Streamline)
  • Monitoring and controlling advertising
  • Office repairs and refurbishments
  • Office leases and car parking
  • The authorisation of all invoices received for any of the above.

Group Compliance

  • Starter procedures and induction
  • Leaver procedures
  • Co-ordination and recording of staff holidays and absences
  • Assistance with rolling out Regulatory and Corporate policies

Assistance with Health & Safety and office security, including:

  • Security alarms and office keys
  • Fire alarms
  • Arranging Fire Warden and First Aid training
  • Arranging electrical safety certificates for all offices
  • Arranging office maintenance for all offices
  • Data Protection
  • Motor insurance

Head Office Management

  • Opening and scanning/circulating post received
  • Annual archiving / document management
  • Stationery and supplies
